After another long day at uni, I thought some kitchen therapy was needed so I did a quick browse of recipes online for some inspiration and delved into a sea of pots and pans. Using the frozen chicken drumsticks as a base, the idea of treating mum to some 'make-shift' apartment convection oven 'barbeque' blossomed. . .
Using staples that anyone would find in their kitchens . . .
3 Chicken Drumsticks
2 TBS Tamari
1 TBS Agave Syrup
1 TBS Sesame Oil
Marinate the chicken for two hours or overnight if you like. Once you feel like the flavour has set in, pre-heat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius and let it roast/bake for 40 minutes or until a chopstick goes through without any blood coming out of the chicken.
