Hi all, hope everyone has been well.
It's been a relatively busy week at uni, making sure that all my notes are up to date and that all my assignments are complete (which reminds me, I have to do my Macro test before it closes :x )
Today on the blog, I would like to share an extremely easy crumble recipe that you can easily whip out when your mum is craving something fancy. As long as your pantry has some basic baking staples and leftover fruit, this dish can be made in minutes!

The contrast of the crunchy and crumbly (duh.) texture paired with the steamy sweet bananas creates a dessert that should definitely satisfy your carb-y cravings. Feel free to enjoy it as it is, or take advantage of the out-of-the-oven heat and dribble some double cream over the top and enjoy whilst your inner skinny girl counts the number of hours you're going to need to burn it off at the gym.
